How I work

The Challenge

Internal Sales and Marketing teams wanted AI assistance for daily workflows but had no structured way to identify which scenarios were worth automating, how to keep outputs explainable, or how to govern usage in an enterprise context.

My Approach

    Use case discovery

    Led discovery across Sales and Marketing to identify which internal workflows would benefit most from agentic AI support, including knowledge retrieval, campaign enablement, and performance reporting.

  2. 02

    Interaction design

    Designed interaction flows and prompt frameworks to keep AI outputs predictable, explainable, and aligned with how teams actually work.

  3. 03

    Governance guardrails

    Built governance guardrails covering explainability, auditability, and responsible usage. Agreed with legal, compliance, and leadership before any rollout began.

  4. 04

    Iterative validation

    Ran iterative validation with internal users to ensure the tools aligned with real workflows and were ready for adoption — not just technically functional.

  5. 05

    Adoption blueprint

    Defined onboarding, training, and phased rollout plan to drive safe enterprise-wide adoption from early validated pilots.

The Outcome

Delivered validated interaction flows, governance frameworks, and adoption guardrails that make agentic AI practical, enterprise-safe, and ready for internal rollout.

Key Learnings

  • Agentic AI needs tight workflow scoping. Broad automation without boundaries creates real risk.

  • Prompt frameworks are a product deliverable, not a technical detail.

  • Governance buy-in from leadership must come before user rollout, not after.
