How I work
The Challenge
Early-stage product and marketing decisions are often made with limited customer input. Interviews take time, research budgets are uneven, and teams still need a way to pressure-test messaging, pricing, onboarding, and product concepts before committing design or engineering effort.
My Approach
- 01
Start with customer archetypes
The workflow begins by defining the audience clearly. Instead of testing against a vague 'user', SignalPanel frames research around specific customer archetypes so feedback stays relevant to the decision being made.

Create a synthetic panel
Those archetypes are translated into synthetic personas that represent likely motivations, constraints, and decision criteria. The goal is not to replace real customers, but to create a fast first-pass panel for directional learning.

Run structured simulations
Teams can test copy, pricing, onboarding flows, or product ideas through guided simulations. This creates a repeatable way to compare reactions across multiple audience types instead of relying on scattered opinions.

Surface objections and patterns
Rather than returning a simple yes-or-no result, SignalPanel highlights recurring objections, concerns, and signals of interest. That gives teams something more useful than sentiment alone: a clearer view of what needs refinement.
