How I work

The Challenge

Clients needed streamlined employee onboarding and verification processes. Existing workflows were inefficient and manual.

My Approach

  1. 01

    Process audit

Mapped current onboarding and verification workflows to identify bottlenecks, error-prone manual steps, and compliance risk points.

  2. 02

    Requirements gathering

Worked with client HR and operations teams to define minimum viable workflow requirements and prioritise automation opportunities.

  3. 03

    Platform design

Designed automated verification and onboarding flows with clear status visibility for both administrators and new starters.

  4. 04

    Delivery management

Managed engineering delivery across iterative build cycles, balancing client requirements against scope and timeline constraints.

  5. 05

    Client enablement

Trained client operations teams on the platform, measured adoption outcomes, and documented efficiency gains to validate ROI.

The Outcome

Optimised employee onboarding workflow for enhanced efficiency. Drove revenue growth through improved client service delivery.

Key Learnings

  • Automation is only as good as the data it receives — garbage in, garbage out applies equally to HR workflows.

  • Client buy-in requires demonstrating efficiency gains early, not just promising them at project close.

  • Verification workflows need fallback manual paths — edge cases are far more common than the spec suggests.
